DGB takes over Boschendal's SA distribution; more possibilities ...
DGB has taken over distribution of the award-winning Boschendal portfolio of wines in South Africa from January this year ...
and a wider transaction to acquire the Boschendal brand, the winery, winemaking skills and lease the Boschendal vineyards is the subject of detailed negotiations now underway between the two groups, according to DGB CEO Tim Hutchinson.
