Dialogue in R24m BEE deal
AltX-listed call centre operator Dialogue Group (DLG) has sold its 7% stake to MSG Afrika Investment Holdings for 24 million rand in a black economic empowerment deal...
The deal, which is the first for the company which listed last year, is part of the company’s wider strategy of achieving a minimum of 26% BEE shareholding.
