Diamond junior enters into JV with black investor

TSX-listed junior resource company Diamcor Mining, on Thursday, said it had agreed to enter into a formal joint venture (JV) arrangement with broad-based black-economic empowerment (BBBEE) company Nozala Investments.

Both companies would immediately execute agreements to reflect this arrangement through two of Diamcor's dormant wholly owned South African subsidiaries, DMI Minerals South Africa and Jagersfontein Diamond Mining Company - both of which were formed to pursue diamond mining opportunities in South Africa.
