Eastern Cape officials' empowerment policy 'not inclusive enough'
MUNICIPAL governments in the Eastern Cape and the Bhisho provincial authorities came under fire yesterday for their broad-based economic empowerment (BBBEE) policies not being inclusive enough.
But business organisations and companies complaining about their BBBEE experiences in the province were told by a government expert that the problems could be addressed through the "localisation" of national policies.
