Eastplats buys 42,3% in Barplats' BEE partner
TSX- Aim- and JSE-listed platinum producer Eastern Platinum (Eastplats) has completed the acquisition of 42,3% of the shares of Gubevu Consortium (Gubevu), which holds 26% of the shares of Barplats Investments, for R43-million, it said late on Friday....
In addition, Eastplats settled certain fees and expenses of Gubevu, totaling R21,6-million.
