Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs follows global trend with merger

The flurry of merger activity among South African law firms is in line with an international trend of consolidation, especially in commercial practices, to improve service to multinational corporations, according to commentators on the sector.


Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs (ENS) announced this week that it would merge with MNMR, a 100 percent black-owned firm, next Monday.
