Emerging farmers need help
Nelspruit - Access to markets is proving to be one of the greatest challenges for emerging farmers in Mpumalanga.
"To be successful, emerging farmers must find affordable transport, good storage facilities and produce high quality crops. They also need to be provided with proper mentorship or else they will only ever be emerging farmers," said Integrated Meat Processors of the Eastern Cape (IMPEC) funding officer Martin Fick.
