Empowerment thwarted by Old Boy's Club
The Agency chairman Jannie Ngwala has two words for ad agencies that blame their lack of empowerment on a lack of black talent: “look harder”...
These words come in the wake of The Agency’s achievement of what it terms an “employment equity milestone unrivalled in the marketing and advertising industry”. It begins 2005 with 54% of its workforce represented by PDIs.
