Enaleni brings BEE tonic to drugs sector
EMPOWERMENT company Enaleni Pharmaceuticals has launched a bid to acquire rivals Cipla Medpro Holdings and two smaller companies, Specpharm and the Westbury group, in a R1,2bn deal that could see it graduating from its AltX listing to the JSE main board...
The deal will promote Enaleni into the top 10 companies in the sector, triple its turnover from R250m to R750m and expand Enaleni’s expertise within the generic manufacturing market.
