Erbacon eyes BEE deal
Durban-based construction group Erbacon Investment Holdings, which is to be floated on AltX this coming Friday, has identified Thembeka Capital as one of the possible empowerment partners.
"There are no firm negotiations with Thembeka Capital, but they are one of the possible black economic empowerment partners," said Dave Erskine, CEO and one of the founders of Erbacon Investment Holdings.
