Fired BEE partners silent
Imuniti, the Altx-listed pharmaceutical and natural products company, confirmed it had cancelled a contract entitling its empowerment partners to 255 million shares, a third of the firm's total issued share capital.
The shares will now be returned to founding shareholders and possibly reallocated to new empowerment partners at a later stage, said John Ellis, a large individual shareholder in Imuniti.
