FoneWorx to get Kabo Capital as 30% BEE shareholder
Following its earlier cautionary announcements, FoneWorx Holdings - listed on the JSE's AltX - has reached agreement with BEE investor Kabo Capital (Pty) - whereby Kabo will acquire a 30% stake in FoneWorx as part of an expansionary strategic partnership.
