FoneWorx to get Kabo Capital as 30% BEE shareholder

Following its earlier cautionary announcements, FoneWorx Holdings - listed on the JSE's AltX - has reached agreement with BEE investor Kabo Capital (Pty) - whereby Kabo will acquire a 30% stake in FoneWorx as part of an expansionary strategic partnership.  Kabo will pay R43 million for this stake.

Kabo is a newly established BEE company, controlled by principals with an extensive track record of managing large companies, such as it's CEO, Connie Molusi.
