Foreign investors wary of BEE
SA's economy is "more free" than it was last year, but black economic empowerment continued to cause unease among foreign investors, a new survey by influential US think-tank the Heritage Foundation shows..
The foundation's annual Index of Economic Freedom rated 155 countries on factors influencing free-market growth, such as tax, regulation, trade policy and state intervention.
