Furnace supplier fires up skills development programme

Supplier of submerged arc furnaces, Tenova Pyromet, is responding to the call for skilled personnel in a sector beset by skills shortages, through the implementation of its internship and training programmes.

The company offers a junior engineering development programme, which is conducted over two years, when new graduates are given the opportunity to receive hands-on experience.
