Gauteng favours SMMEs
The Gauteng government said it would no longer do business with white-owned companies after 2009....
Instead, small, medium, and microenterprises (SMMEs) would snatch up the majority of multimillion-rand contracts under the province's new draft black economic empowerment (BEE) policy.
