Gold producer advancing in Africa

AIM-quoted gold producer Goldplat reports that its gold recovery plants are performing well and ahead of management expectations, with production and revenues steadily increasing.

The company states that its gold operation in Kenya is on track and that the company is aiming to start production in the last quarter of 2008. New acquisition opportunities throughout Africa are also under review.
