Gold Reef: BEE gamble implodes

Certain empowerment investors in Gold Reef Resorts (JSE:GDF) have been forced to sell their shares or face almost certain foreclosure.



The sellers agreed to sell 41,9m shares (about 15% of Gold Reef's issued capital) to Mainstreet 581, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Tsogo Sun Holdings.
