'Govt feud delaying policies'

A long running feud between Finance Minister Trevor Manuel and Trade and Industry Minister Mandisi Mpahlwa is creating widespread uncertainty and is holding up policy implementation, according to the opposition Democratic Alliance.


According to the party's chief whip Ian Davidson, who used to be its finance spokesperson, the two men should be working together to combat unemployment and make it easier for businesses to grow, trade, and create jobs.
