GPI: A dream soon realised

Grand Parade Investments (GPI) has on Monday confirmed that an out of court agreement has been reached between itself and Cape Empowerment Trust Limited (CET) to withdraw "all litigation" against each other.



The litigation by CET-controlled and associated companies BLRT Investments and Sancino Projects was against the issuing of 12,6m GPI shares to the GPI SPV Trust and the GPI BBBEE Trust.
