Higher education software receives acquisition boost

Adapt IT Holding Ltd., a technology solutions and services company based in KwaZulu-Natal, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in ITS Holding Ltd, a Pretoria-based provider of integrated software for higher and further education.



The acquisition will provide Adapt IT with a significantly diversified client portfolio, predominantly in the public sector, ensuring that the company's diversification risk is adequately managed.
