ICT charter talks break down

[ Johannesburg, 13 February 2009 ] - Divisions within the ICT empowerment charter steering committee could spell the end of the road for the long-awaited ICT charter.



The industry failed to reach consensus in a key meeting held yesterday on the draft ICT Sector Codes of Good Practice on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.
