IDC plans to sell 26% of Foskor in BEE deal
The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) was looking to sell a 26 percent stake in Foskor to empowerment concerns, as required by the mining charter, it said on Friday.
The IDC has an 85 percent stake in Foskor, which produces fertiliser at its facilities in Richards Bay.
