IDC to sell stake in Foskor to black investors, community

The State-owned development finance institution, the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), would initiate process to introduce broad-based black economic-empowerment (BEE) shareholding to phosphate and phosphoric acid producer Foskor.



The IDC, which owns 85% of Foskor, would sell and transfer up to 26% of IDC's shares to BEE shareholders.
