IFP hopes for broader BEE in 2005
Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi has urged President Thabo Mbeki and his ministers to broaden policies so that all South Africans "not just an elite few" can participate in the country's economic and social life.
