Imperial Logistics Announces RP Logistix Acquisition

Imperial Logistics today announced the acquisition of 60% of RP Logistix, extending its service offering to existing and new customers, while growing its business nationally and cross-border into Southern Africa. Ukhamba Holdings, Imperial's BEE partner, acquired a further 20%, with management holding the balance of 20% of RP Logistix.

Imperial Logistics is the leading logistics and supply chain management company in Southern Africa, specialising in the complete range of logistics services and supply chain management and optimisation.

RP Logistix is a road freight company based in Paarl with a depot in Gauteng. The company
