Implats advances BEE transaction
Platinum miner Impala Platinum has announced that requisite legal agreements and documents relating to proposed black economic-empowerment (BEE) transaction dated December 14, 2005 regarding a proposed BEE has been signed...
A circular setting out full details of the BEE transaction and a notice of general meeting is being prepared and is expected to be posted to Implats shareholders in early June.
