Imuniti BEE partners fight back

The empowerment partners of Imuniti Holdings, who have been accused of not delivering on their undertakings, have come out fighting and said they would be holding on to their 34 percent stake.


Loselo Segwe, a shareholder from Mudjadji Trading, a member of the black economic empowerment (BEE) consortium, yesterday accused the pharmaceuticals and nutritional foods company of lying and reneging on its undertakings.
