Inca Grows in Line with Swing to Concrete

INCA Concrete Products, the brick and paver company recently in the news for its R46 million BEE deal, can trace its lineage back to 1972, when the original factory Calsica Bricks was fostered by Murray and Roberts to make calcium silicate bricks from surplus quarry dust.

Today, according to consultant to the company Bob Low (who once managed it) Inca is the largest supplier to the brick market in the Cape, having an estimated 20% share.
