Investec Private Bank announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with Batsomi Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Batsomi”), taking up a 10% shareholding in the company...
Batsomi, is headed up by Jacob Modise, former Johnnic Holdings Chief Operating Officer. Modise says Batsomi plans to build up its assets across a range of select sectors with the intention to be active partners to the businesses in which they invest.
