Invicta in R116m BEE deal
Industrial group Invicta Holdings announced on Monday it had sold new shares equivalent to 25% of its wholly owned subsidiary, Humulani Investments to aloeCap Limited and a staff trust for R116m...
Humulani Investments owns all of Invicta's operating assets and does not hold any shares in the holding company. The Humulani Investments Share Incentive Trust received 5% of the shares while aloeCap has been issued with 20%
