It's time for workers to reap the benefits
I believe the enactment of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act of 2003 (the BBBEE Act) should rank among the best achievements of the ANC government to date.
The statute is an important building block upon which black people shall become meaningful participants in the management and ownership of a totally transformed and growing national economy.
