Judge's BEE criticism backed
The Democratic Alliance (DA) has thrown its weight behind remarks by Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) Judge Carole Lewis regarding the state of the judiciary.
In Business Day yesterday, Judge Lewis was quoted as raising concerns about the lack of skills and experience that is taking its toll on the judiciary.
