Khanyisa Electrical Suppliers Pty Ltd concludes 30 % deal with Black Consulting Company
Khanyisa Electrical Suppliers Pty
Ltd and Siphakamile Holdings Pty Ltd have successfully concluded their BEE
negotiations as of 25 November, 2008, with the signing of their shareholders
agreement. Their new partner, Siphakamile, is a wholly owned black consulting company
and has acquired a thirty percent (30%) equity in Khanyisa.
Khanyisa, a highly
respected wholesaler situated in the Midrand, was established in 1999 as suppliers
of electrical equipment to large
industry, the manufacturing industry, electrical contractors and more recently,
the general public. Its eminent empowerment
partner Siphakamile, was established
in 2004 as a business and electrical solutions advisory company with
considerable qualifications in project management and advisory fields.
The signing of shareholder
agreements complements each entity's strategic objectives and allows both companies
to leverage off each other's long proven strengths. For Khanyisa it fulfils the
opportunity for company expansion and more importantly, providing its high
profile clients with complete solution sets, including those in the burgeoning
low energy and alternative energy fields. With the addition of the Siphakamile's
consulting capacity, clients are now offered a full service of project consulting
and management, as well as the proven component-based solutions.
For Siphakamile it accomplishes the
strategy to diversify from its core of pure business consulting to being able
to offer the market a wide range of comprehensive alternative energy solutions,
including project consulting, management and delivery.
The new company is already
forecasting massive growth for next year, having already prior negotiated some
large supply agreements to companies requiring a fully-accredited BE supply
chain.
