Kumba's BEE deal 'dismaying'
Trade union Solidarity on Monday expressed dismay about mining group Kumba Resource's proposed unbundling of its iron ore interests and the planned merger of the group's coal interests with Eyesizwe to form the mining group Exxaro...
The planned deal between Kumba and Eyesizwe aims to establish the largest resources group under BEE control in South Africa.
