KZN building boss held
A KWAZULU-Natal building contractor who allegedly used his domestic worker, her daughter and a Western Cape student as "fake" BEE shareholders in two of his multimillion-rand companies, has been arrested.
Rajkapoor "Teddy" Lakraj allegedly defrauded the Department of Human Settlements and Public Works of more than R87 million. He was arrested by the Hawks at his Sea Cow Lake home, yesterday.
