Lotto awarded to BEE operator
Gidani (Pty) Ltd has been awarded the licence to operate the national lottery from April 1 next year, Trade and Industry Minister Mandisi Mpahlwa confirmed yesterday...
Gidani had a “significant” black economic empowerment component, with government a 20% stakeholder, he told media in Pretoria.
