M& F's BEE shareholders receive first dividend
The Mutual & Federal black economic empowerment (BEE) shareholders have elected to receive their first dividend in the form of capitalisation shares rather than cash...
In June the group announced a BEE transaction worth R663 million, resulting in the acquisition of 11% of Mutual & Federal equity by black partners including Wiphold and Mtha-we-Mpumelelo.
