Marketing should gear up for 'black diamonds'

DESPITE black economic empowerment policies, white-owned businesses have been the biggest beneficiaries of the country's economic growth over the past 12 years, said World Economic Forum (WEF) young global leader Mzamo Masito.

But Masito and other black business experts agreed that the country's burgeoning black middle class was fast catching up, and business strategists should gear themselves for this new market.
