Mayibuye buys further stake in Insimbi
AltX-listed alloy fabrication and maintenance specialist Insimbi Refractory and Alloy Supplies has sold a further 5,72% stake in the company to black economic-empowerment (BEE) partner Mayibuye for R12-million.
Mayibuye, a corporate advisory consultancy firm, would now own a 6,62% stake in the company, Insimbi announced on Thursday.
