Mbeki's big deal for BEE
Details of a multi-million dollar deal to boost black economic empowerment in South Africa will be outlined to President Thabo Mbeki in New York on Friday, said Foreign Affairs spokesperson Ronnie Mamoepa...
This came ahead of a press conference on the New York Retirement Fund's intention to increase its investment in South Africa, to be held by New York Comptroller Alan Hevesi, he said.
