Meet BBBEE targets or else: MEC
Businesses that do not comply with Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) targets could soon find themselves falling foul of the law.
And those companies that use a BBBEE image as a "front" are being caught out. KZN Premier, Zweli Mkhize, and Economic Development and Tourism MEC, Mike Mabuyakhulu, did not mince their words when they said BBBEE targets would have to be met, or businesses could face legal action for non-compliance.
