Metropolitan Health group raises BEE shareholding to 30%
Metropolitan Health Group (MHG) and Kagiso Trust Investments (KTI)...
have announced that they are to enter into an empowerment partnership in terms of which KTI will acquire a direct shareholding of 17.63% in MHG in terms of a related party transaction.
