Metropolitan to roll out second phase of BEE
METROPOLITAN is planning a second phase to last year’s empowerment deal...
which will see it selling a stake in its business to black staff. Kagiso Trust Investments may also increase its stake in the life assurer from the initial 10% it bought for R540m last year.
