'More than 75% of private firms not BEE compliant'

More than 75% of companies in the private sector are not complying with broad-based black economic empowerment [BBBEE], Minister of Trade and Industry Robe Davies said on Tuesday.



"More than 75% of companies in the private sector are not BEE compliant," Davies said during a press briefing on the sidelines of the orientation session of the BBBEE Advisory Council in Pretoria.
