Multotec concludes BEE deal with Kagiso
Mining and minerals-processing supplier Multotec has sold a 25% equity stake to Kagiso Strategic Investments, a subsidiary of the black-owned and managed investment organisation, Kagiso Trust...
This black economic-empowerement (BEE) deal formed part of Multotec’s commitment to comply with the codes of good practice as set out by the Department of Trade and Industry, the company said in a media statement.
