Naspers sells print stake in second BEE deal
Media group Naspers has announced its second Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) deal this week, with the sale of a 15% stake in its unlisted publishing arm, Media24...
Business Day reported today that the buyer in the R730 million deal was black investor group Welkom Yizani.
