A new black empowerment short-term insurance company was announced today. Unity Insurance Limited, a 49.9% black-owned black enterprise ...
...is a joint venture between a consortium of six insurance companies. Auto and General's Holding Company, Telesure Investments owns 50.1% of the new company.
