New inner city scheme
Dilapidated and hijacked buildings will be targeted for regeneration through the new Inner City Property Scheme, which will be "one of the most far-reaching BBBEE transactions in the country".
THE Inner City Property Scheme (ICPS), which is replacing the Better Buildings Programme, is expected to continue to transform the inner city.
