Jonathan Oppenheimer is the chairman of De Beers Consolidated Mines, and he joins us on the line from Johannesburg now. Jonathan, David made the point that a short while ago five out of seven of your South African mines were not profitable. You are promising that they will be profitable, that they are poised to be profitable. What sort of guarantees can you deliver to your empowerment partners that will in fact happen?
