Didata chair concludes BEE deal

Johannesburg - Andile Ngcaba, the chairperson of Dimension Data South Africa, has concluded another empowerment deal - in his personal capacity - heading up a consortium including the former chairperson of regulator Icasa, Mandla Langa, to buy a stake in an own-technology IT company called Inala Technologies...

The consortium, which is calling itself Yottabyte (which means - in English - a very big unit of computer storage), also includes partners like Civil Aviation Authority security chief Mongezi India and Mvelaphanda Holdings' Zolani Mtshotshisa (brother to Telkom chairperson Nomasisi).
